The Designer Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales by leveraging design expertise to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. This position requires a blend of sales acumen and design knowledge, along with a passion for helping clients achieve their vision. The Designer Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional customer service, utilizing interior design knowledge to assist clients, showcasing private and commercial design expertise, and driving sales through personalized design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their design needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice and recommendations based on their requirements.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling design services.
Design Presentation: Create compelling presentations and samples to showcase design options. Utilize design software and tools to provide visual representations.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering repeat business.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design technologies to effectively position our services in the market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure client specifications are met and projects are executed smoothly.
