Our AwardWinning Client a national leader in healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Director of Ambulatory & Physician Services. This seniorlevel role focuses on clinic operations growth management and revenue analysis across multiple clinics. The position reports directly to the CEO and requires up to 40% travel.
Core Responsibilities:- Operations Leadership: Direct clinic operations ensuring optimal performance and growth.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Analyze and optimize revenue cycles to improve financial performance.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets review clinic financial performance and implement strategic planning.
- Provider Relations: Conduct regular meetings with providers ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Staff Management: Oversee clinic staff manage performance and lead talent development initiatives.
- Practice Management: Monitor efficiencies in practice management processes including budgeting and charge capture.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and foster clinic growth.
- Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in physician practice management or similar healthcare settings with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in business math advanced computer applications project planning and exercising independent judgment.
- Advanced Education: Masters Degree (MBA MHA MS) preferred.
- Certifications: CMPE (Certified Medical Practice Executive) or FACHE (Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives) certification preferred.

- License/Certification: CMPE or FACHE (preferred).
- Ability to commute or relocate to Henderson NC before starting work (required).
- Work Location: In person
