Job Title: Network Engineer

Visa Status: H1BOPT EAD H4 EAD.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN WLAN WAN).
• Configure and install software servers routers and other network devices.
• Monitor network performance and integrity to ensure high levels of data availability and network performance.
• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
• Create oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery).
• Communicate with users when needed.
• Maintain complete technical documentation.
• Suggest improvements to network performance capacity and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize network design and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Network Engineer.
• Professional certification (e.g. CCNP CCDP) is a plus.
• Solid background in Linux systems.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g. IPSEC HSRP BGP OSPF 802.11 QoS).
• Handson experience with monitoring network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a capacity to explain complex concepts in laymans language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A keen interest in staying uptodate with the latest advancements in technology.
