Job Description:
As the Business Function Implementation Lead you will spearhead the implementation of activities for a specific business function driving improvements endtoend. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to analyze design/redesign processes and align organizational structures with business needs.
Your responsibilities will include leading crossfunctional teams to optimize business performance addressing potential risks during implementation and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Collaboration with multiple teams and contributing to decisions that impact various areas of the business will be essential. You will be expected to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges across different teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of SAP Global Trade Services implementations across a business function.
Analyze and redesign processes ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Develop innovative strategies to optimize business performance.
Provide expertlevel guidance and solutions that apply across multiple teams.
Manage and lead crossfunctional teams for process improvements.
Identify and address risks and issues that may arise during the implementation.
Ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of implemented processes.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP GTS.
MustHave Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
810 years of relevant experience.
NicetoHave Skills:
Experience with Change Management processes.
Industry Experience:
Experience in related industries preferred.
Education:
Formal education not specified but realworld experience is essential.
