Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all teller platformrelated issues providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to branch staff.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance teller operations reduce errors and improve efficiency.
- Ensure teller operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor and address security risks within the platform.
- Develop and deliver training programs for tellers and other branch staff to ensure they are proficient in using the teller platform.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to plan and execute system upgrades ensuring minimal disruption to teller operations.
- Work closely with branch management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction addressing customer issues related to teller services as needed.
- Generate reports on teller platform performance identifying trends and areas for improvement. Use datadriven insights to guide decisionmaking.
