Job Description: Real Estate Paralegal
Our client a fullservice firm located in downtown Vancouver is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This position would be a great opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a collegial and supportive work environment with flexibility to meet the candidate’s circumstances and the firm’s needs.
General Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of experience handling Commercial Real Estate Paralegal work excellent organizational skills high attention to detail and a proven ability to handle assigned tasks independently and as part of a team. Energy commitment curiosity and creativity are highly valued.

- Review commercial contracts of purchase and sale easements rights of way subdivisions and strata plan filing
- Prepare documents concerning acquisitions and sales of various types of commercial properties financing and development of land
- Attend to the registration of documents and security in land title offices and other government registries
- Conduct due diligence searches and provide comprehensive summaries to assist in decisionmaking processes
- Liaise with all internal and external parties involved with the transaction including preparation of correspondence
- Assist with other responsibilities as needed
