Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Machining Sales to design and implement strategic plans aimed at enhancing our sales performance. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships while identifying current market trends and consumer behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- yze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set monitor and report on sales goals and performance metrics.
- Lead the sales team through the entire sales process from planning to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on business strategies and initiatives.
- Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events (minimum 20%).
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing sales in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of success throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational ss.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in motivating and guiding teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Experience in the machining industry specifically in Oil and Gas with at least 3 years in Aerospace.
