Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create userfriendly aesthetically pleasing designs that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with our development team product managers and other stakeholders to deliver highquality designs that meet our users needs.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the design and usability of our products.
Wire framing and Prototyping: Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to communicate interaction effectively and design ideas.
UI Design: Develop and deliver detailed UI design specifications including visual design typography color and branding for various digital platforms.
UX Design: Design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and align on project goals.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance the design.
Design Systems: Maintain and update design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills creativity and attention to detail.
Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma InVision and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of usercentered design principles web/mobile standards and usability best practices.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Design HCI Computer Science or a related field.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
FrontEnd Skills: Basic understanding of frontend development languages (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.

Requirements: 1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development. 2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core is essential. Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Solid understanding of database design and implementation, including experience with SQL and ORM frameworks. 3. Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide technical leadership. 4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently. 5. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
