On behalf of one of its clients a global FMCG Distributor company the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Marketing Specialist (Global & Regional Markets).
The hiring Company is a global FMCG Distributor established in 1987 exporting consumer goods throughout New Zealand the Pacific Islands Indian Ocean and Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Operational Marketing Focus on French and Pacific Markets
- Collaborate with sales managers and distributors in French and Pacific markets to develop tailored operational plans gotomarket strategies and communication campaigns.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives including product launches media campaigns.
- Ensure strong brand visibility and excellence instore by overseeing POSM and promotional campaign execution.
- Manage relationships with French communication and media buying agencies.
- Adapt global campaigns to fit French market needs.
- Supervise French social media platforms and maintain brand websites in coordination with the Group Digital Marketer.
- Manage and maintain the A&P budget for both French and Pacific markets.
Reports to: Head of FT Market
2.Global Branding & Communication / Global Marketing Coordination
- Develop sales and consumer brochures brand catalogs and product documentation for group house brands in both English and French.
- Assist in the creation of global brand assets and contribute to global campaigns (offline and digital).
- Ensure brand guidelines and graphical elements (artwork collateral) are consistently uptodate and accessible.
- Share best practices and marketing insights across the group ensuring local execution is aligned with global strategies.
3. Product Development & Range Management House Brands
- Monitor competitor activity and product trends in Companys key categories providing monthly reports.
- Support the development of the house brands product portfolio focusing on categories like detergents baby and adult diapers insecticides and food products.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with supply chain teams and external partners (consultants legal teams factories packaging agencies) on product and packaging development.
Ensuring product compliance with marketspecific regulations labeling and documentation requirements.
Managing the ongoing product range including extensions phaseins phaseouts and improvements.
Reports to: Group Marketing Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing roles such as Product Marketing Manager Brand Manager Trade Marketing Manager or Marketing/Communication Manager.
- Experience in product development particularly in laundry detergent or personal hygiene categories is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role as it involves working with Frenchspeaking clients and developing packaging for French markets. Proficiency in Spanish would be a plus to work on the Latin markets.
