- You will manage the Front Desk operations for all our business and as a Mentor and Student Administrator.
- Greet the customers walkin enquiries for admissions job interviews and vendors.
- Ensure that all interactions between the administration employees customers and outside services run as smoothly as possible.
- Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate Associate.
- Provide callers with information such as company address directions to the company location company fax numbers company website and other related information.
- Receiving time stamping sorting and forwarding the incoming mail.
- Followup with clients/customers
- Manage documents electronically and prepare reports for the Director.
Mentor:
- You will have to engage with Students and Parents for the admissions class schedules course completion and future endeavors.
- Be an active mentor for all students before and after joining the course.
- Ensure that all online classes and offline classes are running smoothly.
- Monitor the course schedule and inform the sales team about the completion.
- Coordinate with trainers and collect information like attendance feedback and reports.
Reporting to the HR & Admin
Required Skills:
- Any graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Receptionist Front Office Admin and Front Desk Associate or as a Customer Service Executive facing the customers.
- Highly professional appearance as the first face of the office.
- Able to explain the products or services to walkin customers.
- Good Telephone Etiquette Skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
- Should be able to listen understand and communicate well over the phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint.
- Problemsolver with good timemanagement abilities.
Quick to action, positive and goal oriented Fluent in spoken and written communication in English & Tamil . Fluency in other languages would be an added advantage Conversant in using MS Office tools Should have had 2 - 6 years experience in B2B Sales in Ed Tech industry
