Job Description

Luminous Pathways is looking for individuals who have a desire to be a good role model and help individuals with intellectual disabilities through todays society. Luminous Pathways provides services to those from age 5 to 100.
Qualifications
B.A. degree in Psychology or Applied Behaviour Science. Prefer focus to be on Applied Behaviour Science.
At least 2 years working with individuals with Autism using ABA methods. At least 1 year working with young adults.
Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualised behaviour intervention programs based on the individuals needs to include behaviour acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA following our BCBAs guidance.
Write quarterly progress reports
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA s)
Provide parent training
Supervision / Direct Treatment of individuals under the guidance of our BCBAs
