Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Growth Equity Analyst to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis a passion for identifying growth opportunities and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. This role will involve conducting thorough due diligence building financial models and supporting investment decisionmaking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct indepth market research to identify emerging trends and potential investment opportunities in target sectors.
• Financial Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess company valuations.
• Due Diligence: Participate in the due diligence process including reviewing financial statements operational metrics and competitive landscapes.
• Investment Memoranda: Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Assist in monitoring the performance of portfolio companies providing analytical support and strategic insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior investment professionals to support deal sourcing negotiation and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in investment banking private equity venture capital or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is typically between $80000 and $120000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally performancebased bonuses and benefits will be offered.
