Job Title : Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst (MM PP ECC & S4 Hana) Manufacturing
Job Type : W2 / C2C
Experience : 8 to 12 years
Location : Fremont California (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- 10 years of overall SAP experience with 5 years of experience in ECC & S/4HANA.
- 5 years of experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and 3 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
- Extensive experience in conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Indepth understanding of manufacturing processes and business requirements.
- Proven track record in leading multiple endtoend implementations in SAP.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration points and their impacts on MM and PP modules.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA conversion methodologies and tools.
- Experience working with global manufacturing enterprises.
- Handson experience with SAP Fiori and user experience enhancements.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and project management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies in SAP project implementations.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies particularly for SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions.
- Mandatory: Extensive experience in the manufacturing domain.
- Desirable: Experience in other industries such as consumer goods pharmaceuticals or automotive sectors.
- Lead and manage endtoend Source to Settle processes within SAP focusing on MM and PP modules.
- Facilitate business process design and reengineering to align with SAP best practices.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations including gathering requirements design configuration testing training and postgolive support.
- Provide expert functional guidance on SAP ECC and S/4HANA particularly with regard to the conversion from ECC to S/4HANA.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth system integration and data migration activities.
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement efforts by analyzing current processes and recommending improvements.
- Liaise with business stakeholders and SAP technical teams to deliver highquality solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Ensure timely issue resolution risk mitigation and adherence to project timelines.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
