Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst (Sailpoint Okta)
Location: REMOTE (Within Texas state ONLY)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Key Responsibilities:- Review analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to ensure technology solutions align with business strategies.
- Reengineer business processes to enhance efficiency and identify new technology applications to solve business challenges.
- Document detailed user needs system functions and steps for development or modification of applications.
- Prepare solution options risk identification and financial analyses including cost/benefit and ROI.
- Gather and document integration requirements for migrating applications to IAMOnline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope functional requirements and deliverables.
- Lead and document meetings with business and technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Support functional testing including test plan reviews result compilation and test user support.
- Prepare project management artifacts in line with defined project management frameworks.
- experience documenting business and functional requirements across multiple projects.
- Strong experience using Microsoft products including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Visio.
- experience in functional testing including reviewing test plans and compiling results.
- experience preparing project management artifacts within a defined project management framework.
- experience leading and documenting meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- experience in business process definition documentation and engineering.
- experience with Identity Management implementations.
- experience working with SailPoint IQ and OKTA for application integrations.
- experience working with Texas State Agencies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in business process reengineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of translating user and business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to prepare detailed documentation and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with identity management systems and integration processes.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to prepare relevant project artifacts.
