Job Description
Role: BPM Consultant
Location: New City NY
Responsibilities
Process ysis: Conduct indepth ysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement inefficiencies and potential risks.
Process Design: Develop and implement new or redesigned processes that align with organizational goals and optimize performance.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels including executives managers and team members to gain consensus and support for process changes.
BPM Tool Expertise: Proficiently utilize business process management (BPM) tools to model doent and automate processes.
Six Sigma odology: Apply Six Sigma principles and tools to drive continuous process improvement and reduce defects.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Data ysis: Utilize data ytics to identify trends measure process performance and ess the impact of process improvements.
Project Management: Manage process improvement projects from initiation to closure including planning monitoring and control.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Process Consultant or in a similar role.
Proven expertise in process ysis design and improvement odologies.
Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles and tools (e.g. DMAIC DFSS).
Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g. BPMN BPMN 2.0).
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong ytical and problemsolving ss.
Project management experience including Agile and traditional odologies.
Experience with data ysis tools (e.g. SQL Excel Tableau).
