Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining longterm sales relationships with key clients including retirement homes privatelyowned pharmacies and similar entities. The ideal candidate will have a pion for delivering exceptional customer service an understanding of the healthcare or PPE industry and experience in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to and visit retirement homes privately owned pharmacies and other target businesses to build longlasting sales relationships.
- Present promote and sell PPE products to existing and prospective customers highlighting product benefits and safety standards.
- Develop an indepth understanding of clients needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct regular followups and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up to date on market trends competitors and new product developments within the PPE and healthcare industries.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and lead generation using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role preferably in the healthcare PPE or pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to develop relationships and network with key stakeholders in retirement homes pharmacies and other healthcarerelated entities.
- Selfmotivated with excellent time management ss and a resultsoriented mindset.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to client sites within the designated territory.
- Knowledge of PPE products and the healthcare industry is an et but not required.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
