Job Description

Milwaukee manufacturing facility is looking to hire an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to be responsible for all production equipment and building and grounds maintenance. Strong background in preventative maintenance and pumps is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECH:

Diagnose trouble and ess equipment breakdowns to determine extent of necessary repairs

Perform preventative maintenance on all production machinery

Repair to production machinery including pumps in order to keep lines continuously operational

Responsible for repair of buildings and building systems without interruption of production

Perform construction repair and grounds maintenance projects



Requirements

REQUIREMENTS OF THE INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECH:

High School Diploma or GED

5 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment

Must have experience repairing and troubleing pumps and industrial equipment

Ability to Weld (Mig Tig and Stick)

Read blueprints

Strong basic math ss including algebra

Experience in building maintenance to include HVAC electrical carpentry and plumbing

Ability to operate within a team atmosphere and communicate with customers and vendors

Able to become forklift certified
