Job Description:
- Design and implement data migration and integration strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and security during the transition.
- Develop ETL scripts and data mapping doentation.
- Support data ytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Monitor and maintain data integration processes.
- Stay uptodate on the latest data integration technologies and best practices.
Required Ss:
- Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with data integration in HR systems.
- Proficiency in ETL tools and data security best practices.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and ytical ss.
Additional Ss:
- Experience with cloudbased data platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations is a plus.
