Job Description
- Design and implement data migration and integration strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and security during the transition.
- Develop ETL scripts and data mapping doentation.
- Support data ytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Monitor and maintain data integration processes.
- Stay uptodate on the latest data integration technologies and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience with data integration in HR systems.
- Proficiency in ETL tools and data security best practices.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and ytical ss.
- Experience with cloudbased data platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. 5+ years of experience with data integration in HR systems. Proficiency in ETL tools and data security best practices. Strong understanding of data management concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal ss. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and ytical ss.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Database Administrator in a corporate environment.
