What you will be doing:
- Develop and design comprehensive test plans scenarios and procedures.
- Collaborate with developers to report bugs track defects and resolve issues effectively.
- Play a key role in creating and implementing detailed test plans.
- Innovate by designing test scenarios for automation to streamline processes.
- Review and validate test cases to ensure accuracy and coverage.
- Generate clear test evaluation reports and keep track of evolving requirements.
- Manage test plans across all test cycles ensuring thorough coverage.
- Doent all test scenarios and bugs for clear communication and resolution.
- Conduct thorough endtoend system testing to ensure quality and performance.
What you need:
- 3 years experience in the financial industry.
- Strong background in testing.
- Experience in Life Insurance Group Life Insurance Employee Benefits or Financial Services.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- High attention to detail.
- Client serviceoriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of business and functional requirements.
- Individual Life Insurance experience and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential.
