Job Description
Job purpose:
Oversee the planning and completion of various projects related to our fuel service stations. The role involves coordinating with contractors/service providers in civil structural mechanical and electrical disciplines to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Design projects and oversee detailed design done by consultants.
- Develop terms of reference and bills of quantities and evaluate tenders and proposals.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules budgets and doentation.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of contractors/service providers ensuring compliance with project specifications safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate and supervise minor repairs in fuel service stations.
- Facilitate communication between project teams management and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates throughout the project(s) lifecycle.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
Desired experience ss and attributes:
35 years of broad engineering experience in project management design doentation and supervision.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to work with diverse teams including senior management and thirdparty negotiations.
Computer literate and proficient in engineering software e.g. Auto CAD Microsoft Project.
Be a person of high integrity selfdriven and able to work under minimal supervision.
A Valid driving license.
University degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field in Supply Chain (logistics). At least one to two years of experience in Supply Chain Department. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Able and willing to travel frequently to field sites. Excellent written and verbal communication ss coupled with good listening and critical reasoning ss. Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and work with tight deadlines. The ability to work closely within a team and to improvise and work in an atmosphere that can be stressful. Great service attitude towards customer satisfaction Demonstrate ability to handle pressure and perform duties well to completion Capacity Management, Order Processing Management, Inventory Management and Optimization, Knowledge of continuous Process Programs and Demand Management ss
