You form an integral part of our ecosystems by executing a key part of our Revenue Pillar: Partnerships . You will be integral in the generation execution and performance reporting of this strategy . You will partner with key internal stakeholders by providing financial assessment measurement and reporting. Ideally you must possess strong analytical skills a deep understanding of financial reporting and control for an NGO and impact projects and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across various teams within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational
Analyze actual and projected expenses against direct program costs to predict annual overhead rate for effective management of the project s resources
Use trend and Management Budget to develop monthly projections for overhead expenses
Develop monthly projection of both direct and overhead costs for presentation to the project s stakeholders
Functional
Maintain Annual Corporate Budget
Prepare periodic fund utilization report
Prepare Quarterly Donor Fund Report
Prepare various financial analysis with respect to the project funds
Ensure All project Expenses are in line with the company s Procurement Policy
Ensure appropriate documentation of project expenses in line with the set guidelines

English language skills is required with excellent written and oral communication skills

Requirements
Skills
Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance field
3 years relevant finance and accounting experience
Excellent knowledge of MS office suite with advanced excel skills
Proficient in financial reporting and controls with low learning curve in adapting to new systems/tools
Strong organization analytical and coordination skills
