Job Description
Job Title: Geotechnical Helpers
Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks to move and set up drilling rigs and related equipment for geotechnical exploration test borings.
- ist in the operation of drilling rigs to drill holes as per the project requirements.
- Collect samples of drilled cuttings for ysis during the exploration process.
- Receive samples ign request numbers and sample numbers and ensure proper doentation by maintaining sample registers.
- Clean and maintain all equipment properly to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- No formal education required; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle physical labor involving loading unloading and working with equipment.
Ss Required:
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor for extended periods including lifting moving and handling equipment.
- Able to work collaboratively with engineers drill operators and other team members.
- Must be able to accurately log samples and maintain registers.
- Basic understanding of operating and maintaining drilling rigs and related equipment is preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in various locations as per project demands.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to ensure project timelines are met.
