Role Summary:
Your role will focus on reviewing usergenerated content to ensure it meets platform standards. Youll enforce guidelines handle user appeals and work closely with your team to maintain a secure and positive user experience. Stay informed on trends to continuously improve moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Evaluation: Review videos audio comments and links ensuring they align with community guidelines. Flag and manage inappropriate content to safeguard the platform.
- Policy Enforcement: Make sure all content including images and titles follows platform rules and standards.
- User Support: Respond to user appeals and provide clear guidance regarding content moderation decisions.
- Compliance: Collaborate with your team to ensure the platform consistently adheres to compliance regulations.
- Trend Awareness: Monitor user trends and behaviors identifying potential risks to adjust moderation approaches as needed.
- Process Enhancement: Provide feedback on moderation ods and collaborate with internal teams to improve tools and strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hebrew (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support
- Strong leadership ytical and communication ss
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field
