Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and service quality.
- Accurately doent customer interactions and update internal systems.
Requirements:
- Native proficiency in German.
- B2 level English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problemsolving ss.
- A customercentric mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Experience in customer support is a plus but not requiredfull training will be provided.
