Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support to Germanspeaking clients through phone email and chat.
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding products and services.
- Deliver accurate information and solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members to improve processes and service quality.
- Record and manage customer interactions in internal systems.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in German.
- B2 level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving ss.
- A customerfocused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts.
- Prior experience in customer support is welcome but not requiredcomprehensive training will be provided.
