Are you ready to take on a key role in optimizing payment processes within the iGaming industry
Emerald Zebra is representing a toptier iGaming service provider in their search for a PSP yst to join their team in Limol Cyprus.
As a PSP yst your role will involve daily ysis of payment approval rates across various ods monitoring account balances and utilizing payment systems to improve deposit conversion rates. You will ist in troubleing payment issues by providing insights to technical teams regarding decline reasons and alternative payment options. Additionally you will research and negotiate contracts with new payment providers overseeing the onboarding process and coordinating implementations to meet compliance and regulatory standards. Settlement calculations will also be part of your regular duties ensuring smooth financial operations.
If you are proficient in Excel and have similar experience in payment processes along with fluency in English this could be the perfect opportunity for you. A background in the gaming industry would be advantageous and European citizenship is required.
