• ist in scheduling patient appointments through various communication channels.
• Maintain and update patient records in the database with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the team in coordinating patient followups and reminders.
• Collect and yze data related to appointments and patient interactions.
• Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements :

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Healthcare Administration Business or related field) with at least 1 year of coursework completed.
• Strong organizational ss and attention to detail demonstrated through academic or volunteer experiences.
• Excellent communication ss both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
