Support Operations Finance and HR

Monitor office supplies and inventory and replenish as required

Register students for training courses via telephone email and inperson

Issue training certificates for clroom and onsite training courses

Coordinate and manage travel and accommodations for traveling team members

Maintain inventory and order office supplies

Data entry for accounts payable and receivable

Provide additional administrative support duties as required
