Job Description
- Inpatient rehabilitation through the RehabCentres at the Medical Centers in Alpena and Alma helps people who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury impairment or illness. The goal is to help each individual function as independently as possible through specialized treatment programs for conditions including stroke brain injury spinal cord injury orthopedic injury neurological conditions amputation and trauma.
Requirement description :
- 1 year of Inpatient Rehab Experience Required
- Will float to Behavioral Health Unit
- Travel experience Preferred
- Work History
- Ss Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (MI PT license & BLS AHA)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 100 mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MI License must be active at time of submission!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements : No Call
