Perm - Registered Nurse RN - Med Surg Nights Lawton OK

The MedSurg Registered Nurse will develop and implement total nursing care for patients by essment nursing diagnosis patient care plans provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants children adolescents adults and geriatrics. Unit opening for overflow pts. 12 bed unit. Staffing 1:45 (depending on acuity). A medical surgical telemetry nurse or telemetry nurse monitors patients vital signs and physiological parameters using telemetry equipment. They work in hospitals and other clinical facilities to care for patients with a range of conditions including heart failure diabetes and gastrointestinal diseases.

• Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. Required
• Currently holds or willing to obtain NIH Certification Required
• At least 6 months of nursing experience Required.
