User Experience (UX) Designer Remote
We are Seeking a highly sed and experienced UX Designer with Digital Product Design special projects within the team focusing on the data science and experimentation.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to participate in product discussions deliver cohesive and usercentric designs clearly both verbally and in writing.
Conduct and oversee user research to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.
Proficient in the tools of the trade and looks to learn new ones. Create prototypes and conduct usability tests to iterate on design solutions.
Advocate for the user at all stages of the design process ensuring user experience is at the forefront of every project.
ists in evangelizing the brand and design culture internally.
Seek out opportunities to enhance ss and stay current with industry trends tools and technologies. Continuing to hone their craft improving their work through feedback and iterations and has an indepth.
Qualifications:
6 years of experience in endtoend digital product design 3 of
those years in UX design with a proven track record leading successful design
efforts.
A bachelors degree in design UX/UI design humancomputer interaction or related field is preferred but not required.
Expert in UX design principles odologies and tools. Strong proficiency in wireframing prototyping and user testing.
Excellent communication and presentation ss with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Strong interpersonal ss and the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
A wide range of conceptual thinking and a pion for pushing the
boundaries of whats possible in UX design.
