Job Description
We are hiring a Lead Trainer for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.
Job Description:
- Be responsible for the design development and implementation of comprehensive workforce development and employee engagement strategies that align with and reinforce DOH mission vision values and culture to enhance the knowledge ss and capabilities of our public health workforce. DOH Culture Promotion:design and implement initiatives to foster a culture of teamwork continuous learning growth mindset innovation customer service and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Workforce Planning Strategy Development: with the Director of OWPPD facilitate and contribute to the workforce development planning implementation and monitoring efforts in partnership HR EEO office and other stakeholders.
- Employee Engagement: elevate employee experience and work environment through focused initiatives to foster inclusion engagement.
Work hours:
- 8:30am 4:30pm
- Lunch Duration (Unpaid): 1 hour
