GenePlanet EU based biotech company a global leader in the field of preventive genetic tests; specializing in NIPT cancer screening and lifestyle DNA tests is looking for a Business Integration ociate. With a presence in 35 markets worldwide and a pionate team of over 150 employees GenePlanet collaborates with over 2.000 medical centers doctors and insurance companies to provide topquality tests based on the latest scientific discoveries. Our tests are designed to empower individuals to take control of their and their babys health as well as ist doctors with theutic procedures.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the management and integration of companies we acquire and merge into our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial aen a solid understanding of financial data and a businessoriented mindset.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• ist in the management and integration of newly acquired businesses into our company structure.
• yze financial reports and data to ess company performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with overall business goals.
• Provide strategic input on business operations and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) postintegration.
• Support the leadership team in decisionmaking processes related to acquisitions and mergers.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
• 34 years of experience in business management finance or a similar role.
• Strong commercial and business sense with the ability to yze financial statements and data.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking ss.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential.
• Ability to travel 3050% of the time primarily within Europe but also internationally as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
