Site Civil Supervisor

Job Title: Site Civil Supervisor
Location: Casa Grande AZ 85194 / Corona New Mexico

Supervise and coordinate the onsite construction/civil works activities by internal and subcontracted resources related to the igned scope and discipline to ure costeffective of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications quality standards schedule and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Site Planning: Supports in the planning and follow up of the construction/civil works activities related to the igned scope and disciplines including necessary local resources equipment suppliers and milestones. Participates in the coordination between customer and external resources on construction targets health and safety requirements site organization and policy.

2. Site coordination and monitoring: Responsible for coordinating all onsite construction/civil works activities related to the igned scope and disciplines to ensure their successful of startup construction erection testing and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications and requirements quality standards schedule and safety requirements.

3. Meetings: Participates in site meetings related to the igned scope and disciplines and whenever required with Customer subcontractors and Client ABB Power Grids (HPG) site personnel.

4. Stakeholder relations: Serves as a project representative within the igned scope and disciplines by building and maintaining effective relationships with customers as well as other local organizations.

5. SubContractors: Supports the Civil Construction Manager in making detailed working plans with the SubContractors of the igned scope and disciplines. Ensures the required quality for the respective works according to the standards and specifications.

6. Health Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensures that the Site Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) Plan is followed and provides input for its update when required.
Is continuously working with hazardous risk essment and control.

7. Quality (Q): Ensures that the Site Quality Plan is followed and doented.
Together with the SubContractor monitors and inspects the construction/civil works activities related to the igned scope and disciplines ensuring that its up to the specified requirements according to the Q100 process.

8. Material handling: Ensures correct handling storage and installation of HPGs delivered equipment related to the igned scope and disciplines (Of buildings services if any) according to the manufacturers guidelines including coordination of onsite storage.

9. Doentation: Ensures all doentation related to the igned scope and disciplines is revised and updated as necessary the doent handling system is continuously maintained and latest revisions are used for the construction work on site.
