- Own all daytoday HR operations ensuring payroll runs smoothly benefits are on point and compliance is rock solid. Your work will create the foundation for our team to thrive.

- Recruitment Rockstar:
- Take full ownership of recruitment ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate from the first touchpoint to offer acceptance.

- Onboarding & Retention:
- Design an engaging onboarding process that makes new hires feel valued and excited to be part of our team from day one.
- Be the goto for employee support ensuring everyone stays engaged motivated and happy in their roles.
- Culture Creator:
- Build a remotefirst culture that runs deep where people feel seen heard and appreciated regardless of where they work.
