- As our People and Culture Manager youll be the handson force behind our HR operations focusing on making things happen. From recruitment to onboarding and employee relations youll handle the daytoday details that keep our remote team running smoothly. This role is all about action not just strategy. Youll be working closely with managers and employees to ensure everything from payroll to culturebuilding initiatives is on point. What Youll Be Working On
- HR Operations Excellence:
- Own all daytoday HR operations ensuring payroll runs smoothly benefits are on point and compliance is rock solid. Your work will create the foundation for our team to thrive.
- Implement clear supportive policies that reflect our values. Youll make sure every team member feels supported no matter where they work.
- Recruitment Rockstar:
- Take full ownership of recruitment ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate from the first touchpoint to offer acceptance.
- Youll find people who align with our values and culture building relationships that ensure every hire feels like theyve found their home at PartsCloud.
- Onboarding & Retention:
- Design an engaging onboarding process that makes new hires feel valued and excited to be part of our team from day one.
- Be the goto for employee support ensuring everyone stays engaged motivated and happy in their roles.
- Culture Creator:
- Build a remotefirst culture that runs deep where people feel seen heard and appreciated regardless of where they work.
