The Role: Partnering with Tech & Product at Scale
As Wolt continues to expand were looking for a Senior People Partner to support our Tech & Product teamsSoftware Engineering Product Management Data Science & Analytics and Design.
In this role youll act as a trusted advisor to leaders helping to craft and execute a people strategy that enables engineering excellence highperforming teams and leadership growth. Were looking for someone who is equally comfortable tackling bigpicture strategy and handson problemsolving with a passion for scaling fastmoving tech organizations.
What Youll Do
Strategic Business Partnering
Act as a thought partner to leadership providing datadriven insights and guidance across the entire employee lifecycle.
Translate business goals into impactful people strategies helping teams scale and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Talent & Performance Growth
Lead key talent processesperformance cycles engagement surveys and development programsensuring our people grow alongside our business.
Drive leadership capability by identifying skill gaps fostering a strong feedback culture and creating strategic learning opportunities.
Collaboration & Organizational Development
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Total Rewards and People Ops to build a cohesive approach to hiring retention and organizational design.
Proactively tackle challenges and implement innovative HR solutions tailored to business needs.
DataDriven Decision Making
Use people analytics to drive insights on engagement retention and talent trends ensuring we stay ahead of challenges before they arise.
Partner with leadership to build highperforming teams through structured feedback and talent planning.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
7 years of HRBP/People Partner experience ideally within a highgrowth tech or product organization.
Strong experience supporting engineering product or data science teamsunderstanding their unique challenges and dynamics.
Ability to operate in a fastpaced highvelocity environment balancing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
A datadriven mindsetyou leverage insights to influence decisionmaking.
Excellent communication collaboration and relationshipbuilding skills across all levels of the organization.
Global mindsetexperience working in a remote crossfunctional and multicultural setting is a plus!
