Job Description
Salary: $ 120000.00
We have partnered with a construction company in the Rockville MD area to provide them with a Superintendent Commercial Construction/TI. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Ss for the Superintendent Commercial Construction/TI:
#1. Must have at least 5yrs of Superintendent experience.
#2. Must have knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards building codes equipment and ods.
#3. Must understand all contract doents such as the Plans Specifications Architects Supplemental Instructions (ASI) Bulletins Architects Supplement Sketches (ASK)
#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
Requirements of the Superintendent Commercial Construction/TI:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry standards building codes equipment and construction ods.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Valid drivers license and access to personal transportation.
- Strong communication ss.
Other Key Requirements:
- In office role (project based role).
- Must be able to climb ladders or scaffolding.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to walk a project 3 to 4 times a day.
- Must be able to stand for 6 hours a day.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No CorptoCorp.
