As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction ensuring compliance and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and concerns providing exceptional support and istance.
- Monitor the usage of our automatic dialer to prevent any illegal or unauthorized activities by customers.
- Collaborate with our API team and customers to ensure seamless integration and adherence to our licensing terms and conditions.
- Perform due diligence on every customer verifying their legitimacy and eligibility for our services.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities progress and challenges to the sales management team.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge features and updates to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
Desired Ss and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but we welcome fresh graduates with a pion for sales and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss to build strong relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with SaaS and APIbased platforms will be advantageous but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work independently manage time efficiently and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and complianceminded attitude to safeguard our platforms integrity.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other salesrelated software.
