Job Description


(this is an onsite opportunity based in downtown Toronto)

Our client a fastgrowing Series A SaaS company supporting small businesses and startups has been recognized by several media outlets as one to watch in Toronto s startup scene. We re currently looking for a Director of Sales to join their GTM team.

  • Reporting to the CEO
  • Build the sales playbook and enhance the GTM strategy
  • Lead manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes that align with company goals and objectives
  • Monitor and yze sales performance metrics providing guidance and support to ensure team success
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with other departments including marketing finance product and revenue operations
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Manage sales forecasts budgets and reporting to senior management

  • Requirements

  • Must be willing to be onsite 5 days a week (office is Downtown Toronto)
  • Previous experience leading (with title) at a highgrowth startup
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership coaching and team management ss
  • Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal ss
  • Ability to yze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
