Our client a fastgrowing Series A SaaS company supporting small businesses and startups has been recognized by several media outlets as one to watch in Toronto s startup scene. We re currently looking for a Director of Sales to join their GTM team.
Reporting to the CEO
Build the sales playbook and enhance the GTM strategy
Lead manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes that align with company goals and objectives
Monitor and yze sales performance metrics providing guidance and support to ensure team success
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
Collaborate with other departments including marketing finance product and revenue operations
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
Manage sales forecasts budgets and reporting to senior management
Requirements
Must be willing to be onsite 5 days a week (office is Downtown Toronto)
Previous experience leading (with title) at a highgrowth startup
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership coaching and team management ss
Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal ss
Ability to yze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions
Strategic thinker with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
