We are hiring a Registered Nurse for a nursing home in Tipperary Ireland. Fulltime and Parttime positions are available. Day shifts & Night shifts

12 8 hour night shifts available
Responsibilities
- Excellent evidencebased nursing care should be given and all care plans should be implemented in accordance with the needs that have been recognised.
- To put the clients requirements and comforts first.
- To always protect the interests of the customer and to foster talents and independence.
- Cooperate closely with the clinical supervision team and family members.
- Effectively communicate with the client their family the clinical team and the MDT. Report the clients clinical needs as needed.
- Maintain precise and professional clinical notes.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse on live register of NMBI.
- RCN/RGN/RNID Trained.
- Pediatric nurse experience desirable.
- Previous experience in home care is an advantage full training and support is provided to all candidates.
