Requirements

• Proven experience in a variety of testing efforts
  
• At least 45 years experience in a similar position
  
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  
• Experience in executing test plans and cases
  
• Good background on what is technically required to deliver IT solutions
  
• Experience with defect tracking and testing systems
  
• Demonstrated experience using techniques for identifying gathering and validating customer needs in the delivery of IT services
  
• Experience in quality urance odology
