Job Description
Job Title: Business Development
Location: Erode
Qualification:Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably EEE but any Engineering degree accepted).
Experience: 58 years of experience in a similar role.
Age: Below 40 years.
Languages Required: Read Write Speak: Tamil & English Speak: Hindi
Vehicle Requirement: Must own a twowheeler.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth market research and ysis to identify relevant tender opportunities in the industrial electrical motors service sector.
- Prepare compile and submit tender doents while ensuring full compliance with all client requirements regulations and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to gather the necessary data and supporting doentation for tender submissions.
- Manage the endtoend process of tender submissions including ensuring timely submissions tracking tender status and following up on the outcomes.
- Maintain a database of all tenderrelated doentation including contracts past tenders terms and outcomes for easy reference and future use.
- Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries related to tender offers and the services provided ensuring accurate information is delivered.
- Prepare internal and external communications such as reports letters and presentations for project updates and customer engagement.
- ist in building and managing customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction retention and loyalty.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements thoroughly and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Ss Required:
- Strong knowledge of the industrial electrical motors service sector.
- Proficiency in tender preparation and submission processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation ss.
- Good command over MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong ytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong customer relationship management ss.
