Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct indepth market research and ysis to identify relevant tender opportunities in the industrial electrical motors service sector.
   
2. Prepare compile and submit tender doents while ensuring full compliance with all client requirements regulations and deadlines.
   
3. Collaborate closely with internal departments to gather the necessary data and supporting doentation for tender submissions.
   
4. Manage the endtoend process of tender submissions including ensuring timely submissions tracking tender status and following up on the outcomes.
   
5. Maintain a database of all tenderrelated doentation including contracts past tenders terms and outcomes for easy reference and future use.
   
6. Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries related to tender offers and the services provided ensuring accurate information is delivered.
   
7. Prepare internal and external communications such as reports letters and presentations for project updates and customer engagement.
   
8. ist in building and managing customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction retention and loyalty.
   
9. Work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements thoroughly and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
