Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and implement instructional plans for English Language Learners (ELL) in alignment with school and state requirements
  
• Provide individualized and small group instruction to meet the needs of diverse ELL students
  
• Collaborate with clroom teachers to support English language development across content areas
  
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  
• Implement standards for student behavior to ensure a safe secure and effective learning environment
  
• Regularly ess student progress and modify instructional strategies to support ongoing language development
