• Shift Timings and Work OFFS – Monday – Friday day shift hours vary between 7:30 – 5:00 8 Holidays potential for Thursday’s off if you want 4 days a week 10 hrs each day schedule or less than 40 hrs.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct comprehensive patient essments including medical history and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses injuries and infections.
• Develop and implement patient management plans record progress notes and ist in the provision of continuity of care.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.
• Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance disease prevention and treatment options.
• Perform minor surgical procedures and ist in major surgeries as needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies.
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in community outreach programs and health education initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Experience you will need:

• Masters degree in Physician istant Studies (MPAS) from an accredited program.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician istants (NCCPA).
• Valid state license to practice as a Physician istant in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct primary care experience.
• Strong clinical ss and knowledge of primary care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
