Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our client s upscale sports bar located in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of bartending experience a strong expertise in mixology and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires a personable customerfocused individual who thrives in a fastpaced lively environment. Fluency in English is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers.
- Take customer orders and offer suggestions on menu items including specialty cocktails.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner enhancing their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including bar tools equipment and glware.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor bar inventory and communicate shortages or restock needs.
- Manage transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
- Ensure the bar complies with local state and federal laws regarding alcohol service.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of bartending experience preferably in an upscale or highvolume setting.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication ss.
- Strong knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks.
- Knowledge of state alcohol laws and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle highvolume situations.
- Friendly customerfocused attitude with strong interpersonal ss.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
3 to 5 years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume setting. Fluent in English with excellent communication ss. Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
