Job Title: Program Development Specialist and Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Program Development Specialist and Compliance Specialist who will be instrumental in developing educational programs that align with state standards. This remote position prefers candidates in Tennessee but is open to applicants from the entire East Coast. The role offers a competitive annual salary of $40000 $45000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package: vacation personal and sick leave a day off for your birthday medical dental vision coverage and a 401K plan. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design continuing education and exam preparation courses ensuring alignment with state requirements.
- Edit and enhance online learning materials to maintain compliance with all relevant testing topics and standards.
- Create engaging learning activities ignments and essments.
- Design interactive computerbased elearning materials.
- Develop comprehensive course guides and outlines.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft applications Articulate Storyline Woo Commerce Gr Blade Learndash XAPI and WordPress to organize and maintain server storage systems for course files.
- Collaborate with State Boards to stay informed about current learning and testing requirements.
- yze update and refine existing online content using Microsoft applications and Articulate Storyline.
- Work alongside customer service to resolve userreported issues using tools such as Google Docs Google Spreadsheets and Skype.
- Ensure timely student course completion submissions to various state boards.
- Collaborate daily with the Education Team to discuss agendas address issues and manage state updates and renewals.

- Excellent organizational ss with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication ss and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Experience in using Microsoft applications and elearning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
