Housekeeper Cook

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a residence located in King City. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence. Rooms to be cleaned alternate each day. This position is fulltime liveout. Work hours are: Monday Friday 9am 5pm with some flexibility required to work the occasional evening or weekend with ample notice.

Candidate Profile:

You are an experienced and knowledgeable housekeeping professional with excellent housekeeping and solid cooking ss who enjoys keeping a clean and organized home. You are a dedicated and reliable professional who understands the importance of punctuality. You communicate well and are comfortable working independently the majority of the time. You understand a home is a living environment not just a workplace and can easily adjust your daily schedule to accommodate activities in the residence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping to include making beds dusting vacuuming kitchen and bathroom cleaning washing floors
  
• Daily meal preparation and cooking basic dishes following recipes
  
• Inventory management of the residence including groceries cleaning products and toiletries
  
• Regular laundry and occasional steaming or ironing
  
• Trash and recycling management
  
• Weekly clean of patio furniture and pool during the summer months
  
• Be on site to supervise trades and contractors as needed in conjunction with the family s executive istant
  
• Ensure household security protocols are followed
  
• Answering the door receive packages
  
• Light pet care
  
• Errands and other tasks as needed
  

Applicant Qualities:

• Excellent English communication ss and professional personal presentation
  
• Comfortable reaching high spaces using a house ladder
  
• Must be comfortable lifting 30 pounds
  
• Excellent housekeeping laundry and ironing ss; correct use of products and ods for fine finishes and surfaces
  
• Must maintain privacy and confidentiality always exercising diplomacy discretion and respecting appropriate boundaries
  
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  
• Must have a full license and reliable access to a vehicle
