Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to completion including complex and highvalue claims.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.
- Draft legal doents including letters of claim pleadings and witness statements.
- Liaise with medical experts counsel and other parties as required.
- Negotiate settlements and pursue cases to trial when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of file management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
25 years of postqualification experience in Clinical Negligence.
Strong technical expertise in clinical negligence law including knowledge of relevant case law and procedural rules.

Ability to manage a busy caseload while meeting deadlines and targets.
