Job Description
Themis Recruit are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for a sed and motivated Clinical Negligence Solicitor (25 PQE) to join a wellelished fullservice law firm based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment handling a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to completion including complex and highvalue claims.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.
- Draft legal doents including letters of claim pleadings and witness statements.
- Liaise with medical experts counsel and other parties as required.
- Negotiate settlements and pursue cases to trial when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of file management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in Clinical Negligence. - Strong technical expertise in clinical negligence law, including knowledge of relevant case law and procedural rules. - Excellent client care ss with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Effective negotiation and communication ss. - Ability to manage a busy caseload while meeting deadlines and targets. - A proactive and collaborative team player.
