Job description:
Supply Chain Optimization Specialist
Experience: 4 to 9 years
Role Description: This is a hybrid role blending data science and software engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient supply chain solutions using cuttingedge technologies and best practices.
Ss and Technology Used:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python is required.
- Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery is beneficial.
- Cloud Environments: Familiarity with Azure (especially Databricks) and GCP environments is essential.
- Data Visualization tools: PowerBI and Looker (good to know but not mandatory)
- Development Tools:
- Coding: VScode
- Version Control: GitHub
- Work Management: Jira Miro Board
Additional Knowledge:
- Machine Learning: Basic understanding is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Optimization Techniques: Knowledge of linear programming (optimization/LP solver) is a plus.
Requirements:
- Coding Practices: Efficient code maintenance through unit tests and regression tests.
- Software Engineering Practices: Adherence to best practices in software engineering.
Required cloud certification: Yes
