Criteria Specification
1. Qualification
- Essential Graduate/undergraduate
Role : Senior Team Member
Experience : Title Search with an experience of 4years in processing CA Full Search Orders.
Role & Job Description Preferable application knowledge:
- Good ytical ss decision making and communication ss.
- Should not have shift concerns.
- Flexible & supportive during the weekend work if required.
- Must have application knowledge: Data Trace Data Tree Title Point SoftPro Value Check & ResWare.
- Should be able to perform CA Full Search Orders and also reviewing & identifying the Easements affecting PIQ as per the Map doent.
Location: Bangalore
Shift : Night Shift (WFO/WFH)
